Know Before You Go

Fall in Florida offers a unique blend of mild temperatures, vibrant events, and cultural festivities. While the state doesn’t experience traditional fall weather, its autumnal charm is undeniable. Before heading out to enjoy these events, consider the following tips:

  • While fall brings cooler temperatures, Florida’s weather can still be unpredictable. Always check forecasts, including tropical storm warnings, and be prepared for sudden rain showers.
  • Many events, especially popular festivals and concerts, may require advance ticket purchases. It’s advisable to book early to secure your spot.
  • Regarding theme park crowds, Disney World and Universal have very high crowds starting in October weekends. I recommend going on weekdays to avoid crowds.
  • For info regarding parking and times for many of these events above, I recommend finding the event on Facebook or its website. Facebook especially will have any last-minute updates and ticket information.
