Officially a Scuba Diver
I finished my scuba diving certification this past Memorial Day weekend. It was such an exciting experience! I got certified by Hatts’ Diving Headquarters, an excellent scuba diving shop in Melbourne. After diving in a lake and practicing all the skills the day before, we went out with Florida Scuba Charters in West Palm Beach. I was so nervous on the boat but once I jumped in the water, I felt more ready and by the time I saw the coral reefs my only emotion was excitement! Andrew got to dive with me as well and took video of a lot of my first dive. In it you can see all the cool fish and the turtle I saw! I am really glad I went out of my comfort zone to try this and now I have a new hobby that will take me to some new places to explore.
