Yellow Dog Eats

Andrew and I went north to the Port Orange/New Smurna Beach area for our friends Christmas party. We decided to try this foodie spot along the way. It ended up being amazing! It had a good mix of barbecue and trendier items, and drinkoptions too.For beer I went with a Wheat Harvest Ale and Andrew had a Coffee Porter. Then we both got similar pulled pork sandwiches. Mine was the Elvis and had bacon, fried onion strips and Gouda. It was delicious! The portion was large and the yummy bun didn’t get soggy at all. The sides of chips and Coke slaw were a nice touch, although I wish they had homemade chips. We definitely want to come back in the summer and maybe catch a live band out on their patio.
