Yoga at Intracoastal Brewing

I have yet to mention our favorite Brevard County brewery, Intracoastal Brewing Company. Over the past few years we’ve seen this place transform from a hidden gem with small batches to now distributing their beer and having expanded the facilities (to even include a food truck). They have also become extremely integral in the community and host near daily events for people with all sorts of interests.Andrew and I have gone in the past for their running club on Wednesday night where they have a free 5K. But today, my sister and I decided to go by for some morning yoga. They move all the tables out of the brewery (or if the weather cooperates, takes it outside) for a relaxing, but challenging yoga class. The class takes an hour and is usually taught by Amy the Yogi Perogi. She also teaches acroyoga here sometimes, which I have been dying to try! We had a great time taking the class, try some difficult moves and also moving through the sun salutations and other usual poses. There is a class at 10 and 11:30 and if you go to the 11:30 one you can get a stay for a pint after. This is such a fun experience and I am so glad we have a brewery around here that has so many community events. I will have to spotlight the beer soon too. They have some crazy flavors that are so delicious. We got Cinnamon Toast Crunch beer after this class and it tasted just like the cereal but even better. This is definitely a must visit in Brevard, whether if it’s for a drink or some yoga.
